"Excellent value for money, welcoming host and well presented and comfortable rooms"

Well presented property welcoming host. Room was a delight, well specified. Very comfortable bed with quality bedding. Additional cost for the optional cooked breakfast was well worth it.

No bath but I never requested or enquired so other rooms may have the option.
