Very welcoming friendly owners. Our room was up two flights of stairs but found it clean and serene. The decor was calming and the kingsize bed inviting. Not only was there a selection of tea and coffee and biscuits, but water was available in a carafe which was welcome.

Don’t expect an all singing, all dancing bathroom just a basic shower, but for the price the accommodation was just right for an overnight stay to explore Dartmouth and go on a pleasure cruise

Great location. The owners were charming and inviting. They have only been there 4 weeks, the building is tatty and old (that’s not their fault and they are working very hard to get it up to scratch!). That said the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable.

As above the building is tired and old but is a work in progress so no negative. Need a bedside light and the shower was tepid, but good pressure.

Excellent location. Chris and Tracey have recently taken on the property and were very keen to help. We wish them all the best in their new venture.
