I immediately contacted the host as a mistake had occurred in the booking process and the location was incorrect. Immediately informed nothing could be done to fix it. So I lost money. Otherwise it looks like I would like to stay here one day.

"Cosy, comfortable and well placed in Dartmouth."

Room was cosy but comfortable. We had a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed. The location was ideal, just off the harbour in Dartmouth and up a side street. The little touches were nice. We had plenty of tea and coffee, with a coffee machine too. A nice touch were the two little cakes there for when we arrived. Thank you!

My knees don't like stairs and I had two flights to negotiate but this didn't detract at all from my stay. Will definitely stay again if in Dartmouth!

No tv ? On the front of Booking is message about parking and restaurant ??? Is very confusing ! Is no parking , and restaurant was close

In this days room without tv is not acceptable
