"A rather unwelcoming stay."

Clean room and comfortable bed.

Very limited selection for breakfast. No cooked breakfast and no meats or cheese. Only instant or filter coffee. Very small shower room. I was spoken to rudely by the host.

The location was great and we chose this accommodation because of the parking - Padstow is very busy and not much parking near the centre. The room was spacious and the view was glorious

It would have been nice to have the option of something cooked for breakfast - a bacon butty perhaps but this is not a major issue at all, just a thought for future reference.

"Convenient location, comfortable rooms and great hosts"

The hosts were very friendly and helpful and gave great advice about visiting the areas nearby. The coffee for the continental breakfast was great and lovely view from the breakfast room! The rooms are comfortable and location is great - just a 5 mins walk into town (though have to walk uphill when going back!). Fantastic the parking is on property!
