Comfortable bed, good bathroom. Easy front door unlocking.

Breakfast isn't until 9 so I didn't have any EV charging would have been great. Their car wasn't charging.

Friendly people, welcoming. Did what I needed. Clean organised and prepared. Just like a home. Basic breakfast, cereal and toast with a selection of jams honey. No problems whatsoever, thankyou

Very clean, comfortable bedroom. Good WiFi. Overall good value.

Breakfast only available between 9 & 10 which was more limited than advertised so we had to leave without any. Although bathroom was right next to bedroom is wasn’t en-suite, although it was only for our use.

Nice and quiet area. Very friendly staff. Big Room with sitting area, big bed, nice and modern bathroom, kettle in the room and access to mini fridge, lots of light, parking on the property, all amenities needed. Nice continental Breakfast. Although is not central, if you drive you can get quickly to the seafront and to Portsmouth.

Really difficult to sleep/rest when guests on other room were noisy. TV’s too small to watch from the bed. Mattress’s not comfortable, too soft. General Cleanliness in the bathroom was not great.

Low price, comfortable bed.

Pump from power shower in another room was loud first thing in the morning.

The breakfast was very basic. We were disappointed that there was no cooked breakfast on offer.
