Comfortable room excellent breakfast.

Good vicinity to the local shops and pubs

steps to the Dale's a bit steep and stairs to the room

The room was very big and the location was pretty good. The bed was comfortable.

The shower was a bit small and slow.

Breakfast could be tailored to suit. Close enough to town centre to be able to walk in. The house is opposite a lovely park and we were able to walk to Harlow Carr Gardens through the park.

Breakfast cooked fresh every time so a little wait. But was worth it.

Room a little cool.

Great location, opposite lovely Valley Park Gardens ,pleasant easy walk into town, room v cosy warm and clean, great freshly cooked breakfast , good choice of hot food , Chris the hostess was v welcoming and friendly

Nothing really - our room was a liitle too warm - the weather is unseasonably mild currently.

Beautiful and clean, nicely decorated. Great breakfast- lots of choice, lovely and very attentive hosts, very comfortable bed. Great location centre of town and opposite a beautiful park.
