It was very warm and cosy

Toilet flush system had a macerator and at night time the noise would wake you up if you was sleeping, but on saying this the noise only lasts a very short time

Location Friendly hosts

Wasn't keen on the wash stand in the bedroom not in the ensuite, wouldn't stop me from staying again though I would just ask for a different room

"We had a fantastic stay at The Dales. Chris and Roy the proprietors were exceptional."

The breakfast was outstanding, lots of choice and prepared fresh as you requested. The room we were in was at the front of the property which was a large room with a huge window overlooking a park. There was also a utility type room with a microwave fridge and ironing board.

There was Nothing to improve. A wonderful stay. Only a little thing to be aware of is that the stairs are quite steep going up to the bedrooms.
