Stroud House

Stroud House is a little gem. This was our second stay, we loved it so much we came back. The accommodation is excellent, set in a beautiful garden, making it a very peaceful place to stay. The host Sarah is so helpful and knowledgeable of the area, nothing is too much trouble. There is plenty of choice for breakfast, all local produce, freshly prepared.

Stroud House is a little gem. This charming old house sits within a beautiful garden. It's quiet and comfortable. The en-suite room, as with the house, is beautifully decorated to Sarah's own style which makes the stay feel like staying in someone's home. The breakfast was excellent too! Thanks Sarah for being such a welcoming host. I feel lucky to have discovered your home and I hope to visit again sometime.

There's nothing to dislike!

Charming historic cottage surrounded by gardens and tucked away near Freshwater Bay . The rooms are comfortable and decorated with period style furniture . The large ensuite Bathroom was recently renovated with modern facilities. Sarah our host was delightful and very helpful . The Home cooked breakfast was excellent and there is also a garage where we could store our bikes .

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful BnB, the room was extremely comfortable, with great private bathroom. Sarah was an excellent host, very helpful with lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do on the island. The breakfast was incredible, with a great range of options and everything was delicious! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful house and garden, great location for walking nor exploring the beautiful IOW. Immaculately clean and well appointed. Host amazing 🤩. Breakfast stellar, home made everything for breakfast xx
