Pleasance Farm B&B

The room was great. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked perfectly and there was soap and shower gel. The breakfast was fabulous and not to be missed, freshly cooked by the host, with good coffee, toast, fruit and yogurt to go with the cooked offering. I was working at the NEC and this was a relatively painless 25 mins drive away.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but there are no pubs in walking distance, so it was an Uber or drive for an evening meal. However, taxis arrived quickly and weren't too expensive.

We loved the personal way Pleasance Farm is run, with a friendly, relaxed host family who were lovely to deal with. Breakfast was great, and the homemade cake on arrival was absolutely delicious! We loved the views out of the windows and the big, comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again.

A very warm welcome that included delicious cake; peaceful surroundings that are historically fascinating; generous and tasty breakfast; very comfortable and spotless room with lovely views; easy walk to Kenilworth Castle

No-one's fault but the guests above us had rather loud voices/heavy footfall!
