Great location, nice and peaceful. Rooms were immaculate, homely, and very comfortable. Kenilworth Castle is a short walk away and Stratford-upon-Avon not too far a drive either. Tamarind was a great host, at the end of a phone for any queries. Home-made cake and teas were a lovely welcome. Tamarind went out of her way to make our room up early. Beds were really comfortable with a lovely view of endless fields. Our stay ended with a breakfast with everything we needed. Fresh fruit, juice, yoghurts, and a hot breakfast wrapped up a perfect stay. We'll definitely return.

Beautifully situated property in a working farmhouse rural setting. Quiet, clean and delicious cake on arrival.

For the price there could have been more luxury touches. Shower wash nearly empty and no shampoo/conditioner.

Good directions to get us there, and overall good communication before our visit. Parking very close to the entrance which made unloading easy. Our welcome was warm and friendly, and our suite on the top floor delightful, with some cake to welcome us too. I felt very at home. At breakfast I was feeling less than wonderful, but after my toast and delicious coffee, and a pretty fruit plate, all was well again.

I liked everything and was very comfortable. The top floor was a bit too many stairs for my elderly dog, so next time I'll ask for a room on the first floor. Not a hitch, exactly, but just something to note.

We liked the location, quiet and within easy reach of Kenilworth's attractions. On arrival the owner immediately made us feel welcome. It is immaculately clean and well appointed.

Beautiful rooms and fabulous breakfast in a peaceful setting

Our room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was rural but it was an easy walk to the pub for dinner. Our breakfast was delicious.

Excellent breakfast which set us up for the day. Tamarind was so friendly and made us feel at home in a beautiful home.
