La gentillesse du propriétaire, le confort de la chambre, la vue sur le canyon.

L’établissement est un peu vétuste, mais ça n’empêche en rien.

Clean rooms, good wifi, delicious dinner and breakfast with friendly staff, great views and right on the Quilotoa trail, peaceful stay with warm blankets.

Very nice welcome by the friendly hosts who took good care of us. Large room, hot shower, good food. The view of the canyon is amazing.

Owners worked very hard to satisfy us, food was excellent, rooms were large, lots of blankets and a nice countryside smell. You get so much more for such a small price. We had a nice steam bath and the view of the canyon is unique and absolutely breathtaking.

Norma, the cook and banquera, is a gem, so kind and accommodating, including b’fast at 6.15 (so we could—mostly—avoid rain on the crater rim). Hot (!) steam room and sauna

Amazing value We were trekking with four teenages Both supper and breakfast were very good and the dining room salon had a nice fire so it was warm after a cold wet walk Really amazing value Our room wasn t heated but because of wood burners on floor below didn t feel really damp The food here is much better than overpriced BSI located in the same town Highly recommend

Really enjoyed the stay at Hostal el Vaquero. The room was big and the bed comfortable, the staff were all really friendly and welcoming, and the food was good. Great value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone doing the Quilotoa loop.
