Spacious room in a beautifully designed modern house overlooking the Loch, with a pleasant easy walk to the centre. There are 3 guestrooms. Guests have a friendly welcome and helpful information, and a nice breakfast. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful property in a stunning location. Kirsteen, the host, was very welcoming and helpful and made us a delicious breakfast in the morning. Rooms were lovely with a great bathroom/shower.

The only negative was you could hear noise from upstairs. Loud when anything was dropped. But this is minor compared to all the other very positive aspects.

Everything about this guest house is wonderful. Rooms, clean and spacious, continental breakfasts fabulous and Kirsteen is a great host, very informative about everything in the area and recommended several things for us to do during our stay. Everything 5 stars and if possible we will definitely be back.

Everything was spotless

Excellent location, continental breakfast excellent, host couldn’t have been more welcoming, a nice cup of tea and biscuits on arrival
