Coombe Lodge Farm House

Very homely, comfy bed, friendly host, lovely breakfast, amazing views. Jenny even woke up early for me to make me breakfast as I was leaving early. Very kind and much appreciated.

This B&B is absolutely gorgeous! The host is so warm and welcoming, every corner is decorated with so much heart, and the breakfast was amazing.

Such a convenient location for a wedding at Coombe Lodge and beautiful surroundings. Lovely comfortable bed and a very tasty breakfast. Wish we had been able to stay for longer!

The location was excellent for our event. Breakfast was good. Our room was spacious and very clean. Excellent venue as only 2 minutes walk up some stairs to the event, don't be put off by google maps showing a much longer walk. Short walk into the village, coffee shop and pubs a short walk away. Lovely area to walk, a huge lake to walk round.

Breakfast was good, would have liked cereal or other additions other than toast. Good choice of options, but only able to select one. I am a big boy and like my food. Breakfast at 0900 hours, the only time available, out by 1000...Not much time to pack etc. Once out of the house no return between 1300-1700 hours. A real throwback to the seaside B & Bs. House run very efficiently with a number of rules in place. So be compliant. Be careful when booking a room, as the 3 rooms are very different. One is what I would call a regular double bedded room with ensuite. one is a twin with toilet/shower/bath across the hall, the other downstairs is by all accounts a very small double bedded room with ensuite. Jenny did suggest to other guests that the room was a little small for 3 nights.

Attended a wedding at Coombe Lodge and a couple of mins walk from the farmhouse was brilliant. Take a torch on your return on an evening as very dark. Host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented. Beautiful views

Nothing really. A fully length mirror in the bedroom would have been handy which whrn mentioned the host will consider.
