Very comfy bed and delicious breakfast

Very clean and a 2min walk from coombe lodge (wedding venue). Host was amazing, beds super comfortable and the breakfast was 1st class. Would definitely stay again.

Whilst the room was lovely, in our case attending a wedding there was not any wardrobe space in the room we were in.

Jenny was the hostess with the mostess! From the time we arrived and received our welcome chat to the time we checked out we couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating reception. It really felt like a home from home and nothing too much trouble. Thankyou for making our stay memorable and all was very much appreciated by us. We also had a the pleasure of living in Pembrokeshire in common which made it extra special. Would wholly recommend a relaxing stay at Coombe lodge Farmhouse.

This was an exceptional place to stay. The location was beautiful- gorgeous countryside and very quiet. The host,Jenny, was so kind as we’d had a difficult journey down

Jenny was an absolutely wonderful host: warm, welcoming, friendly and genuinely interesting. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home, saying, “My house is your house,” and she truly meant it. The room was gorgeous, really cute, beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the whole house was beautifully presented and full of character, with so many interesting touches. Breakfast was exceptional. The reviews are absolutely right - breakfast was A.MAZE.ING! The locally sourced food was cooked to perfection by Jenny and was a real highlight of our stay. What made the visit even more special was meeting Titch, Jenny’s sweet little dog, who was such a lovely addition to the experience. The location is absolutely beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the lake, and it was ideal for our short trip to hike Cheddar Gorge, which is only about 20 minutes away. Jenny was so helpful with recommendations for lovely places to eat and advice on the best times to arrive at the Gorge. We had such a special stay here and would highly recommend Coombe Lodge Farm House to anyone looking for somewhere peaceful, comfortable and full of warmth and charm.

It was a beautiful property. Comfortable and cosy. Jenny was very hospitable.

You are asked to remove your shoes due to game fouling on the driveway. This was not a problem but was not prepared. We stayed in the Oakley room. It was a lovely room but I did feel very cramped for two adults with little storage. If you are reliant on the wifi then it is intermittent if you do not have 4G.
