Coombe Lodge Farm House

Jenny’s property was conveniently located to the wedding venue and very well kept with extensive grounds to explore. Our guest room and the whole house was immaculate. We had all the amenities we needed in our room for a comfortable stay such as tea/coffee, fresh milk delivered, chocolates, Madeline’s and lovely soap in the en suite along with fresh towels. Every little touch was there along with the attention to detail. Our bed was super comfortable and we rested very well. After a long day at our friend’s wedding we appreciated the turn down service enabling us to hope straight into bed. Breakfast was fantastic. All locally sourced, high quality products. Lovely homemade bread with quality butter, jam and marmalade. Coffee and tea selection was also extensive. All served in a timely manner and left to our own devices but regularly checked upon for not who made toast etc. We enjoyed learning more about Jenny at the end of our breakfast. Our host Jenny was a delight to spend time with, we had great conversation and shared our passion of horses. We felt like old friends from the off staying for the weekend. Jenny has a lovely bubbly personality which matches the decor of her lovely home. Titch was also a bonus for us dog lovers of the group! Jenny is a star, if we needed something extra Jenny would have gone above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.

So convenient for the wedding venue at coombe lodge!! Would 100% recommend. The host was lovely! She was so personable and made us feel so at home in her lovely home. The breakfast was amazing and so was little titch cuddles.

It was very welcoming and inviting. A home from home with every comfort thought of.

Excellent breakfast. Lovely host. Especially accommodating when we arrived late due to traffic issues on our way from London. We did keep her informed on our way due to extreme traffic conditions.

Booked a smaller room. Bed was a bit small. My mistake. When we previously visited we had a more superior room with a larger bed.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Just what was needed. We were attending a wedding nearby and this was just the ticket. A beautiful location, lovely property, the comfiest of beds & last but not least Jenny a wonderful host who welcomed us into her own home, looked after us a treat and cooked the most amazing breakfasts. Definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay. Again, the hospitality was exceptionally good. Very relaxed, homely and peaceful. The bedroom was perfect and do was the delicious breakfast. Thank you.

This Bed&Breakfast This B&B a joy from the first moment. It is beautifully furnished, full of beautiful details, and Jenny is a welcoming and generous host. The house is warm and attractively decorated… you feel like exhaling with relaxation on arrival. The beds were extremely comfortable: the best of our 5 week holiday so far, the bed linens gorgeous, the pillows perfect. We had dinner at Ring O Bells Pub at Compton Martin, and that dinner, combined with Jenny’s wonderful breakfast were culinary highlights of our European trip. We highly recommend this lovely Bed and Breakfast.
