There was nothing I didn’t like

The property is at a central location walking distance to all of Ilfracombe. It is beautifully decorated with not only appearance and style but also comfort being the focus. The property is immaculate, airy and welcoming. The hosts are warm friendly and knowledgeable people, very attentive to detail with respectfulness. The breakfast is well presented, cooked to perfection and high quality locally sourced food.

There is nothing to find fault.

The Breakfast was fabulous I chose quite a few different combinations of the menu each morning and loved every mouthful of my breakfast there I was sad when I reached my last breakfast

In my opinion nothing could have been better the hosts where friendly well informed on the local area and beyond they give us some great tips on places to visit And The decor all around the house is absolutely amazing tase with fantastic oriental feel to the house with lots of fantastic decor to admire And especially JD Wetherspoons just 5 minutes on foot from the property can’t fault it 👍

Clean , quiet, comfortable, very friendly and helpful owners. V close to high street and sea front. Off road parking. Cream tea on arrival was a very nice touch.

Greeted with friendly welcoming smiles from Andrew and Nick bags taken to our room . Cream tea on arrival which was gorgeous. Spotlessly clean room , all the tea and coffee we wanted , extremely comfortable bed slept like a log . Breakfast was amazing cooked to perfection and really set us up for the day . We stayed for 5 nights and loved every day, spoilt by Nick and Andrew throughout our stay . It was my birthday Sunday , they recommended a lovely hotel which did the best Sunday roasts and made a reservation on our behalf , nothing was to much trouble . Once back in our room Nick and Andrew brought up a chilled bottle of champagne from them for us to celebrate my Birthday. Nick and Andrew are the nicest people you will ever meet , fantastic hoists . 5* across the board . Arrived as guests left at friends . Thank you so much guys , can’t wait to come back and stay with you again xx

Our stay was amazing. Nick and Andrew could not have done anything more for us if they had tried. Rooms are great, breakfast was exceptional. Local knowledge was willingly provided and if they did not know they went out of their way to find the answers for us. Cannot thank them enough.

Perfect location Andrew and Nick were very welcoming the place was spotless I would definitely go there again and would highly recommend to anyone to go there we went to a wedding at the tunnels and it was the perfect spot 2 minutes walk .
