"Beautiful, peaceful house in the centre big Chichester."

Beautiful house. Quiet and very comfortable. Lovely big room. Very central. Lots of rooms in the house to use and lovely garden. Breakfast was excellent. So very quiet and comfortable.

I would suggest that when instructions sent in access to the property photos are enclosed to show the entrance and access doors. I found it confusing finding how to access the house. Especially after entering through the first door I walked around the back of the house before realising that the second door was through the passageway and turn right into the back entrance of the house.

"Adequate, soulless, good location."

The location was excellent

My stay at East Pallant was not as expected. I had called in the morning to say I needed an additional room and was told that every room was booked. When we managed to get into the house which was pretty soulless, no staff around, our room on the top floor was next to 3 or 4 empty rooms that remained that way. The rooms are tired and bathrooms have mould/damp in the shower cubicle. Bed was surprisingly ok and clean linen. Breakfast served 8-9 is very early if you're on a holiday. A beautiful house that needs a lot of love.

"Disappointed. Main concern was safety as accessible only via rear car park"

Central location

Invisible staff. Only access is through Rear entrance through car park which was empty at night didn’t feel safe as a single person. Breakfast at 8-9 too early . Bed sunken. No batteries in to remote - clearly obvious as no cover . Bathroom and cupboards looked bit mouldy. Overall felt old and tired.

"Fine, central, quiet."

Good location, quiet but central. Breakfast was good and well catered for a vegan.

Bathroom did not have a shower (or even a shower attachment in the bath). Its an old building with creaking floorboards, you may want the top floor if you are a light sleeper.
