East Pallant Bed and Breakfast, Located in Large Georgian Townhouse in Central Chichester

Lovely Georgian building very close to the Pallant Art Gallery

The room lock. Had incorrect instructions on which way to turn the key but worked it out in the end

Location is fantastic - opposite the Pallant House Gallery and just a short walk to the Cathedral. Free parking and good coffee along with a perfectly cooked full English in the morning. But the house itself takes pride of place - a lovely Georgian town house still exquisitely decorated after a Christmas hire. The "common rooms" (lounges) are also beautiful.

I thought the bedding was slightly light for the time of year (-2c) and the lighting in the bedroom could have been better for reading purposes. Otherwise nothing springs to mind. If you have problems with stairs you'll need a first floor room.

Excellent breakfast!

Spacious rooms. Quiet location in the middle of town with free parking.

The breakfast was the stand out winner. The food was great and the service was very good. The room was comfortable and quiet. The communal rooms were very comfortable and clean.

There was only one power socket in the room. While older houses probably don't have many, an extension cord with multiple plug sockets would have made charging devices a lot easier.

Relaxed and spacious

A lovely, period property full of character and in a convenient central location. I appreciated the small touches (drinking water in the bedroom, a good choice of teas and biscuits). Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order. The bed was so comfortable & the furniture was beautiful. Communications were timely and clear throughout.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
