"perfect chill english cabin"

10.0

My stay was wonderfully peaceful and lovely. I really enjoyed the vibes of wood cabin and the glorious garden surrounding it. I also was grateful that everything for a proper and nice breakfast was kindly provided.

"Super space and location"

8.0

Good space and facilities. Very convenient location fair price. Would be very happy to stay again. Breakfast stuff was great. Understand parking issues but no problem finding parking.

Greenery a little overgrown around cabin so sitting out was difficult. We hadn't realised you had a cafetiere so brought our own ( so very small concerns!)

"Cosy hideaway near the centre of Lewes."

9.0

Comfortable bed, decent shower, pleasant ambience and very kind and considerate owner. Good location in Lewes, close to lots of facilities and excellent public transport.

Very little. I couldn't find a pair of scissors but was maybe looking in the wrong place.

"Quirky clean warm cabin, great position."

9.0

A lovely little cabin, warm, clean, a great space. Lovely bits of food left for breakfast, including real coffee and excellently stocked kitchenette. Small but warm and clean bathroom. I was there for a course, on my own, so perfect for that with a desk I could work at. Just a hundred metres or so to the Main Street so many food options on the door step.

I found it hard to find somewhere comfortable to sit to read, found myself either lying on the bed or sitting at the table. Although manageable for 2 people, would be small for anything more than a couple of nights.

"Spacious but cold"

7.0

Very spacious, clean, everything we needed for a two night's stay. Lots of sensible, home comforts. Good wifi connection. Note no TV.

It was cold. There was an electic heater but there were timers and restrictions on use. There is little insultation and on the couple of days we stayed there were cold nights and the cabin was cold. The bed is a small double. Somewhat comfortable. Note that it is a bit awkward to get into with some narrow steps. Not ideal with suitcases or at night. Lewes is very hilly. It was very hard climbing the hills from the station in the night with all our bags. Tip- take a taxi.
