Intan Villa & Suite Ubud

Hidden and peaceful place, you can enjoy jungle life during the night:) very helpful and charming staff.

The staff was friendly. The rooms have a nice terrace to the rice fields so one can enjoy a really good view. The rooms in general are nice.

The rooms are cleaned and maintained very poorly. The curtains were dirty, in the first room there were small insects all over the bed. The staff has apologized for it and offered us another room. It was cleaner but there was some rat poo in the room and during the night you could hear the rats around. In the morning we have also discovered a big cockroach hiding between the closet and our luggage. The bathroom is partially open, hence also no protection from the local animals and insects. The faucet and shower handles are full of calc and in the open area full of moss. Any attempt to cover the open holes in the doors is basically useless due to major openings in the ceiling. For nature lovers it's certainly a great experience, unless you mind having the nature in your bed as well.

I liked the location within the rice fields and nature. The villa is pretty big with its own kitchen and terrace and perfect for relaxation. Lovely staff.

It's about 20 min away from Ubud and the pool didn't look that nice.

The location and size of the bungalow was good

The pictures have nothing to do with the reality. The swimming pool had only 2 old sunbeds, no sun umbrellas. Our rooms roof was linking water from the rain. Towels were very old with marks that looked like dirty. Very poor cleaning of the room

Temizliğini ve banyosunu beğenmedik. Tesis bu konuda kendisini geliştirmeli. Tesisin önüne ulaşımı yok. Ana yoldan yaklaşık 500 m yukarıya yaya veya motorla çıkmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz.
