Intan Villa & Suite Ubud

Nice location in rice fields, bit far out do need a scorer taxi to go anywhere but staff were kind enough to give us a short ride and pick us up from a school we attended nearby. Rooms are good and quiet but one can hear neighbors potentially.. everything is always a bit dated in Bali, but these were one of the better rooms we could find

One of our best accomodation in all Bali!!! Quite, peaceful, clean, and all the staff really friendly!! We loved the view from our room to the rice fields, the open air shower in our bathroom, and the chilling pool!! This place is a really pearl/heaven in Ubud!!! Thanks so much for Everything!!

Not very clean

This was by far the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in in my entire life!! Everything was extremely dirty and mold. Even the curtains were covered in mold. There were large cockroaches in the bathroom, along with other insects, as it was impossible to properly close any of the doors. The bathroom and bedroom doors wouldn’t shut completely, and even the front door, although it could be locked, left a large gap that allowed animals and insects to come in freely. The toilet was also broken and could not flush properly. Although they sent someone to repair it daily, it stopped working again every single day. When I complained, they admitted I wasn’t the first to raise these issues and told me others had already done so. They asked me not to leave a bad review so they would give me my money back if I would check out earlier. The entire place felt unhygienic, filthy, and horrible. I couldn’t relax or feel comfortable for even a moment. Also worth noting: if you don’t have your own scooter, this accommodation is very difficult to reach. It’s a 15-minute walk, and most scooter taxis won’t drive all the way there.

- Spacious room with a large, comfortable bed. - The bathroom is equipped with a grotto, bathtub, tropical shower, hygienic shower, and all necessary toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shower caps, shampoo, and shower gel). - The bedroom features a canopy bed for insect protection, which was especially appreciated as there were no mosquitoes, flies, or ants in the room. - Includes a mini-fridge and tea-making facilities: tea, coffee, sugar, and a kettle. - Breakfast was delivered right to the room, and it pleasantly surprised with its freshness and taste, along with delightful juice and Balinese coffee. - Overall, it was a time of relaxation and enjoyment, especially being surrounded by Ubud’s rice fields.

- The TV could not be set on, although it did not detract much from the experience in such a picturesque setting. - There was no drinking water in the room. - Due to heavy rains, the pool turned green, which meant we missed the chance to enjoy a swim.

Nyoman the driver knows every road and he doesn’t need Google Maps! He’s a kind hearted man with a huge heart ♥️ and all other staffs were very helpful! They also dropped us with their mopeds to close by restaurants! Amazing team with Suja and there are other staffs too those I don’t remember their names! The owner is always there to welcome you! You’ll never see him without his smile 😊

What I didn’t like it there 🤔?? I’m still thinking 💭….
