"Brilliant. Home from home"

The owners could not have been more accommodating. I turned up wet and dirty on my bike and they were so friendly, helpful and even gave me a lift to the pub! The room was perfect, very comfortable and the breaksfast superb. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We liked how welcoming Valerie and Derek were. We had a nice chat to them during breakfast about the local area etc. The breakfast was very nice too. Very professional but chatty and lovely too.

Nothing really. Probably that we didn't stay for longer, haha!

"A delightful place to stay!"

This is a lovely place to stay. It was very quiet and the room was clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were extremely accommodating and nothing was ever too much for them. They made me a beautiful breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this lovely place and would definitely stay there again!

The very warm welcome from our hosts, late in the evening. We loved the warm and cosy bedroom and bathroom facilities.In the morning we loved seeing the beautiful gardens and watched a variety of birds feeding in the sunshine. Breakfast, as mentioned in several other reviews, was very good indeed. We can’t recommend this cottage enough. Thank you.

"A lovely stay and we would definitely recommend this B&B."

This is our second stay at Thornham Cottage and this visit was as enjoyable as the first. Valerie and Derek were very welcoming, the room was lovely and the breakfast delicious. Valerie and Derek were able to give us ideas of the best places to visit in Plymouth which was very helpful.

No improvements needed.

The hosts were absolutely lovely. Very generous with their food, chat and lifts up and down the narrow local roads. So kind. Would definitely recommend!!!
