Fern Cottage

The owner was very welcoming and gave lots of useful tips/insider knowledge for the local area. Had some excellent pubs within a short drive. Nice peaceful location but well placed for exploring the area. Easy drive to Durdle Door, Corfe Castle etc. Bed was very comfortable and had nice quality bed linen. Breakfast was really tasty and served in a nice breakfast room. There were lots of options and the host was great.

Accommodation is a little outdated but very clean and for the price was good value.

Owner was lovely and so hospitable. Breakfast was amazing!!

The room is petite and there’s steep stairs but that was all clear before booking

Pretty, quiet little village. Parking outside. We had a cheerful, friendly welcome from very nice host, small, quiet room, very comfortable bed. Nothing too much trouble. HUGE choice of cereals, teas, coffees etc- + home made marmalade! - followed by freshly cooked breakfast to order in a nicely appointed dining room.

Bathrooms were a bit cramped, fairly weak flow of water from the shower
