Fern Cottage

the cottage was a delight. The hostess was friendly, approachable and polite. Breakfast was tasty.

Caroline our host was very welcoming and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice all cooked items good quality and cooked to order. Thank you

Nothing was too much effort and the breakfast was excellent.

No food available from the local pubs, which had nothing to do with my host.

We were met in the car park by the staff member offering to take our bags up the stairs. We chose what breakfast we would like cooked.

The location was perfect for visiting Athelhampton House and Gardens. Our host was super friendly and accommodating. She was able to give us plenty of local info and advice for choosing a good place to eat or drink nearby in the evening and top tips for walks in the area. We had a lovely breakfast at a time of our choosing and the choices on offer were delicious and plentiful. We would definitely recommend Fern Cottage to anyone looking to spend a few nights in a comfortable, cosy and cheerful B and B with a very friendly host and beautiful countryside on your doorstep.

We would not change anything.
