Bedroom was clean and cosy, bed comfortable, breakfast excellent, when the host noticed I am unsteady on my feet, she immediately offered a ground floor room, remarkable service! Considering the bargain price, I consider it excellent value.

Can't think of anything, except perhaps adding what three words code to the address as the postcode covers about half a mile.

Location was good. WiFi access was good

Ground floor room dog friendly, looked nice on first appearance but then when you took a closer look it was all top show. Dirty floor, blinds mouldy and black. Mould in bathroom. Cob webs from the ceiling in the corners. Bad smell from bathroom possibly the drains. Dining room very dull even though the lights on. Window with blinds closed to hide the mess at the back. Gave us milk but failed to top up the coffee, tea and sugar. Host was a bit abrupt, only the 2nd day did she talk. Tablecloths in dinning room stained. Everything is portioned out. Breakfast was OK.

Hae a lovely cooked breakfast whilst watching the chickens, ducks and guineafowl running around the garden.

Beautiful cottage, everything you need. Comfy beds, great location only a short walk into Hornsea. Really enjoyed sitting in the garden listening to the birds. Great host, really friendly.

Temperature of shower. It was really hot, and it might have been me, but I could not get it cooler. My daughter didn't get a shower.
