Good value accommodation set in lovely village in Tipperary. A dining room with kitchen facilities and provisions was available on arrival. I left early in the morning so made light breakfast and did not avail of a cooked breakfast which was on offer. Bed was very comfortable and there was on site parking.

All fine.
