Helen was an amazing host. I was greeted upon arrival with tea and pie. I was travelling solo, and this welcome was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was lovely. The bed was comfy, and the property is situated in a tranquil setting, which helped with a great night's sleep. The accommodation was amazing value. I will definitely be coming back.

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Helens and Pats house, just stayed for the one night but I found clean, comfortable and very affordable accommodation, I even arrived late but that was no issue. Next morning I got a delicious fry up breakfast and felt right at home, definitely i will stay again. Thanks Helen and Pat.

Helen & Pat provided a very warm welcome their generosity was outstanding with homemade apple tart upon arrival with tea/coffee. The B&B is in a scenic village outside Nenagh & I would highly recommend here as it feels like you’re home from home & I would definitely stay here again. 😁

Hosts are very warm, welcoming and helpful people. You are treated to homemade tart and bread, not to mention full cooked Irish breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Very clean.

The house is located in a small quiet village but the soundproofing within the house is poor, which means you can hear TV/radio from other rooms and people talking.
