"As a base for 2 nights it was comfortable."

The breakfast was good with a selection of pastries, cereal, fruit and yoghurt and eggs cooked as desired. Location was further out of Birr than I anticipated.

The bathroom wash basin was far too small and one better suited to a cloakroom. The bathroom was on the ground floor with no blinds and clear glass in the window.

The property is gorgeous, cozy and filled with great vibes. The host and their family were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They made a very positive impression on us. The cup of tea on our arrival was a sweet gesture. The rooms were very clean, tidy and pretty.

Beautiful B& B well run both Kevin and Bronagh were lovely and very welcoming. Very clean and comfortable.

Nothing to dislike if you don't mind a 4 min drive outside the town. Didn't make a difference to our stay
