The room was very comfortable with an en suite bathroom and plenty of room. The accommodation was in a great location for the wedding that we attended and for easy access into Birr.

We would have liked tea making facilities in the room

The host Brona , husband Kevin and daughter Isabelle were most welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Brona was also very informed on places to visit and eat. The property was immaculate, well appointed with lovely outdoor area.

A beautiful tranquil room with a lovely patio to sit out and enjoy a fantastic breakfast. Brona was very friendly and couldn’t have done any more to make us feel at home.
