All of it, Rosemary is an excellent host, the place is lovely, food was great, dogs are dead friendly. We would happily go back there again 😀

Food was excellent. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of cereals, toast /breads and cakes and of course tea. Lovely warm welcome, felt at home straight away. Bed, room and en-suite all clean, warm and very comfortable. The house is truly a credit to Rosemary. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I would not change anything.

I'm delighted I booked this lovely B&B while I was travelling through Cavan. Rosemary is the warmest lady I have come across - a very genuine person - and I was made to feel at home instantly. My room had a fabulous view from it. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The location was very quiet. It was a quick spin to Bailieborough for dinner and I was able to get a takeaway and have it in the dining room and help myself to coffee. Breakfast was fabulous!! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much Rosemary for making my stay so pleasant.

Rosemary and Trevor are a lovely couple. Nothing is too much trouble. They are friendly and views from their house is beautiful. Have been here before and highly recommend staying at their beautiful dwelling.
