The Harbour Masters House

We travelled as a group for work and loved the Harbour Master's House. Comfortable, cosy, welcoming with delicious breakfasts and fabulous hosts - we will definitely be back!

Everything was superb.

Ein ganz wunderbares Ferienzimmer. Sehr freundlicher Service, ein toller Garten und die phantastische Lage haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Cooler Pub in der Nähe. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Stunning place, building, surroundings & Darren went out his way to make my breakfast as I had to leave a bit earlier than he normally does breakfast

Great location beside the canal lovely are for walks and right beside local bar Darren and Niamh welcomed us to there house and it was lovely such character and beautiful garden to rear which was so nice breakfast was fabulous from array of fruit salads etc. cereals different breads homemade scones and lovely jams and the lovely fry top notch in the sun room setting looking on to the garden ❤️

Tout etait parfait. L acceuil de l hote, les chambres, la deco, l emplacement. Chambre face au canal. La gentillesse et les conseils de notre hote. Le petit dejeuner, le jardin, le calme. C etait notre 1ere nuit en irlande. Nous ne pouvons esperer mieux pour notre 1er contact avec l irlande. Merci

The house is very lovely, the back garden is a lovely little haven of colour peace & tranquility. The host was very happy to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible and offered plenty of assistance and advice local activities. The breakfast was first class. Lovely walk along the river. Great food across the bridge in the local pub. Everybody was super friendly.

The bathroom was quite slight .

Místo, na které budeme moc rádi vzpomínat. Stylově zařízené, velice vstřícný přístup majitele, výborná snídaně. Příjemně strávený vecer v místní restauraci uz byl jen bonusem.

Darren, the owner, was very friendly and great to talk to. We especially liked the wood burner in the living room, which was really comforting after a day walking through wet grass. The location is very quiet at night. The local pubs are also very friendly and welcoming.
