Abhi's homestay

Really clean & comfortable homestay very close to the airport and about 20 minutes from the ferry. Our host was so friendly & kind. She cooked us a beautiful homemade dinner & breakfast. There is a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this homestay to anyone. Just to add that the location on Google maps is confusing so just ask your driver to bring you to Dairy Farm to the temple at the top of the hill. Abhi's homestay is down the lane on the left.

Homely environment and caring host

This was a very clean and comfortable homestay property with Vijaya, the friendly and helpful host. We stayed one night before an early flight and she was kind enough to provide excellent chapattis and omelette for an early breakfast.

The house, the hospitality and the cleanliness was an absolute 10. Auntyji was very accommodating and welcoming - the moment we set foot we were greeted with a warm smile and a cup of tasty coffee. We had dinner there itself and it was delicious. I'd highly recommend having food at the house. If you want fish, do let aunty know before.. She also guided the cab driver for us.

The approach is a bit steep and slippery during rainy season. There's a man who will carry your luggage but still, it can lead to a fall so if you have aged parents, it may be a challenge for them. Auntyji will definitely help lead you by hand but the approach is a bit of a challenge.

Aunty was wonderful during our stay and helped us with everything including arranging transfer. She also made wonderful delicious dinner and breakfast for us.
