Staff behavior, their body language, cleanliness.

There was no parking. There were bed bugs in the bed.

I was moved to a different hotel than the one I had booked. I appreciated that they took me to a better hotel for the same price, but they didn't provide the chairs and table I had requested through booking.com

Staffs don’t speak English very well And they always don’t prepare change. My payment was around 1940 rupees, and I needed change if I paid with a 2000 rupee bill, but the conversation proceeded as if they didn't intend to give me any change, saying, "This is fine!" It might be okay for you, but not for me… Staffs are NOT reliable. Bath room didn’t clean and remained the past litters.

Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare... Letti non cambiati, bagno non pulito e pavimento pieno di capelli. Materasso scomodo e cuscino inutilizzabile a causa delle federe sporche (anche dopo averle chieste pulite, avevano delle macchie).
