Breakfast was not provided which was in the package. Was forced to check out before time and staff was continuously disturbing

The owner/staff appears to be running a scam. I have already filed a complaint with Booking.com and hope they take appropriate action. After my reservation was confirmed, the owner repeatedly demanded additional money that was not mentioned in the booking details. I have proof of this, including WhatsApp screenshots and call recordings. He also harassed me through phone calls and used threatening language such as “I will see you at the property” and “I will give you poor service.” This behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking this place. Edit: I did not check in to the hotel. My review is based on my experience during the pre-check-in communication. After the owner/staff spoke to me in this threatening manner over the phone, I decided to cancel my booking. After posting this review, the owner has continued to threaten me regarding the review, which is very concerning. I am considering filing a police complaint for my safety. All evidence, including call recordings and messages, has been preserved.
