The Amrit Goa

Otima localização, muito próximo da praia e de ótimos restaurantes. Sem ruído à noite. O pequeno almoço é delicioso, com possibilidade de escolher diferentes opções. O quarto era lindíssimo e confortavel. A piscina e o jardim muito bem cuidados. O staff foi incansavel em assegurar que tudo estava otimo e muito prestavel, inclusive a marcar taxis a preços justos. Recomendo. Nice location, very close to a very calm beach by foot, and to the main road with a lot of good restaurants. Perfect breakfasts, they got it ready even when we had to depart early. The room was really nice, with AC and a mini refrigerator. All the staff were nicd and available, always willing to help booking trips and drives at a fair price. The paradise after New Delhi :)

Nothing to dislike

The Amrit Goa is a beautifully restored colonial building, nestled in a quiet, peaceful and leafy spot mid way between Candolim beach and the main road but within easy (5-10 minute) walking distance of both. Plenty of restaurants are a short walk away. The garden is laid to lawn with a good sized swimming pool and plenty of tall trees. Peacocks and exotic birds were regular visitors. The hosts (Sanjeev and Ritu) were extremely friendly and helpful as were the rest of the staff. When sitting out on the patio or by the pool, you wouldn't know you are only metres away from a busy road and lively beach, it is so quiet and peaceful.

We had an excellent stay at The Amrit Goa. The location is fantastic — perfectly positioned between the beach and the main street, which means you are close to everything while still enjoying peace and quiet. The property itself is beautifully maintained and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is very pleasant and a great place to unwind after a day out. The owners and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, making the stay feel personal and comfortable. A wonderful place to stay in Goa and one we would happily return to.

The location was excellent for access to a clean section of the beach and the main highstreet. The location is quiet and the staff are fantastic. The pool is good for a quick dip to cool off but is not really big enough for laps.

The room we occupied only had a wardrobe with shelves. It would have been better if there had been a proper wardrobe with a hanging rail for dresses, shirts and trousers.. Just placing some hooks on the side of the wardrobe was not sufficient. Breakfast was adequate.

Love Love love this little piece of Paradise. This is a little gem in Goa, the nicest serene atmosphere, staff and the owners you cannot fault. Always there to assist you whatever your needs. Cannot recommend The Amrit highly enough, it is the only place to be. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Not a thing

If you are looking for a luxury, this could be anywhere in the world, hotel then this place is not for you. However if you want to stay in a beautiful boutique heritage home then you can’t got wrong with The Amrit. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed like family and shown to our lovely, large and very clean room which ticked all the boxes on the comfortable bed, hot & good water pressure shower, surprisingly quiet fridge, TV and a/c or ceiling fan if you preferred. Each room had its own patio area, ours overlooking the pool where we enjoyed morning tea or an even glass of wine. The birds are amazing, even spotted a white-bellied sea eagle. The Amrit is located perfectly between a quieter part of the beach and the main road with plenty of dining and shopping options. It is an extremely quiet oasis amid the chaos and is a wonderful place to spend your time.
