"Adequate for a night halt before carrying on to other destinations."

Location, price for the rooms, ease of booking, communication. Breakfast included with a coupon to a nice restaurant.

Very basic facilities. Good for a night halt before moving on to Alleppey or Munnar.

The location was pretty good

The homestay had no hot water. Even after asking multiple times and since we were traveling with elder parents at a time when it was raining continuously and was cold, we didn't get any hot water. The towels given to us were not clean. There was no glass given in the room to drink. No kettle. All out given was not working.

Attitude of the staff n owners. They were pestering by frequent calls to pay advance for booking and when we quoted the site policy they acted unaware. Secondly property or room booked was not ready at 1315 to 1345 hrs and Raff was inappropriate lg dressed lady was in night gown n came to attend.......later they used abusive n foul language Poor show would not advise anyone to take this property.

"Good Location but nothing else."

The location is super excellent. It's right next to the National Park entrance, and all major attractions and eating places are nearby. The host is courteous and well behaved. Breakfast was awesome.

This property is not being actively maintained. The furniture is very old and rusty. The sheets and blankets have dust, which made me sick. The included breakfast is served in a hotel 1 km away from the property, in another restaurant owned by the hosts, which is unusable if you don't have your own vehicle. Even after booking from booking.com they asked us to pay them a direct advance, before arrival and mentioned that they will cancel our booking if we don't pay them. They don't take any cards. The photos and ratings on tripadvisor or booking.com are from 2017 when this used to be one awesome property. So don't fall for it.

"Good homestay at Thekaddy"

The behavior of the owner lady was great. Their urgent was also good. Room was very clean.

They must keep someone to carry the luggage.
