Casa Montemar Bed and Breakfast

Location was great only few min walk to town

Room quite dirty, water in pool need to change.limited breakfast

I like the location and staff was very friendly

The swimming pool was very dirty and the filter + cooling system were off so it was like taking a warm bath, shower also not working properly

Very accessible to restaurants and other establishments. Staffs are very nice and accommodating. It also has pool area

Water interruption

They have such a friendly staff they are very helpful and they will really assist you and try to provide you what you need. I have a baby with me and they are very accommodating and allow me to use their kitchen so I can wash my baby bottles. The workers brilliant over all. And for the price, it is worth it.

I haven't been to the Philippines for at least 8yrs and I forgot cockroaches exist. It's a shame that there are lots of cockroaches in the toilet and the shower handle is broken and the television is not working at all. The signal of the internet is also very poor. But for the price it's good.

It was affordable. Not expensive, but you pay what you get. The lady at the front desk was very polite and always willing to help us. Same thing for the little Philippine guy who was serving breakfast and making laundry… really a helpful guy.

Not a 3* B&B. In the room the AC made a lot of noise. We booked a room with see views and tee and coffee maker, but any of these was in the room. They said the see views everyone can appreciate from the rooftop, as well as the tee maker. But tbh, the coffee maker was not there neither the tee boiling water. The bed was not bad, but the sheets had some orange spots like they were not 100% clean. Same thing for the towels…. Lucky us we had extra towels with us to be used instead of the ones provided. Moreover, the pool was not with cristal water. The breakfast it can be improved including some fruits or veggies. If you want to arrive walking or go to a restaurant, be prepared for stairs or a big rise. IT NEEDS A RENOVATION OR HUGE IMPROVEMENT IN DETAILS.

I like the roof top breakfast area but was spoiled by the burning of rubbish by the neighbours during breakfast hours . I had to retreat into my room so as not the inhale the toxic smoke.

The TV wasn’t working not . Poorly maintained place and bad fixtures like for the window wouldn’t fully close leaving a sizeable gap and I see outside around the air con allowing the entry of mosquito and lizards problem with lot of ants coming into the our baggage and even the bed. The management of this place must have no pest control
