A bit noisy from both the street & also cafe visitors noisily using the hotel area as selfie opportunities

Loved everything about this please . It was so comfortable , clean and beautifully decorated . The staff were so helpful and friendly . Wished I could have stayed longer.

It was a haven to walk into after walking the busy streets of Kolkata. The decor was charming, tasteful and classy. The staff went above and beyond to help us. We would definitely come back.

The only thing I found a little uncomfortable was feather pillows.

It's a beautiful hotel, room design was really awesome, we even had a bathtub in our room. Bed was comfortable. Location is near Kumatoli Village, the rest of the city can be explored easily by the nearby metro station. Most of the staff was really kind. They let us leave our luggage in their common area during our 2 days trip to the sundabarns.

We didn't like the food in the Restaurant. It was flavourless, the chocolat mousse and the parotha had a strange consistency. It was also quiet expensive. They offered us an extemely overpriced airport transfer for 3500 rs (we payed 250 rs via Uber in the end). When we left, we told the staff that we would pick up our luggage at 6 pm to get to our night train. When we arrived, the door was locked until 6:30 pm. Some of the staff members seemed annoyed and unfriendly while others where extremely kind and friendly. The bedsheets and towels had some spots on it as almost everywhere in india. It looked washed anyways. The rest of the room was very clean.

Reception was great, staff very friendly and our room was attractive and comfortable. The whole hotel was very chic with several shared spaces for sitting, eating. We were able to book a very interesting tour with Calcutta Tours, owned by the same people. When we we checked out,we were helped with extending our sim cards which was so helpful.

Although the food was good in the restaurant, service was very slow, and language a barrier, so that let the whole place down.
