Room was 1 kitchen ans 1 bedroom. Bed and linen were sub standard. Also, for the temperature experienced at Shillong, there could be better blankets instead of cheap 1 blanket. We experienced power cut around 3 am and whole room was cold as the heater was electric and obviously didn't work. However, I waited till 6.15 am to call the staff and also the main number I had previously connected to check on alternative. Only answer I got was that there maybe power cut. I tried trouble shooting the issue myself but nothing worked. So, with no staff around to help or check on the issue, we just freshened up and left. With no proper blankets and power cuts, it's impossible to survive in this room at negative temperature. No service at all. For cost less than this, I have had better experience at homestays.

The room was not available. The owner shifted us to some 1-star hotel. The other hotel had no facilities. No kitchen, no breakfast. The owner lied that he will provide the breakfast to us when he was shifting to another hotel. We were told this by the other hotel where he shifted us stating he lied. Our experience was compromised due to it. We had no option but to accept that hotel and stay there as it was christmas week and all other hotels were booked. Overhead the owner as he stated that he would be sending more guest to this 1-star hotel. Could had informed earlier about the same. We had booked hotel 3 weeks earlier keeping holidays week in mind and at that moment had to compromise due to hotels mistake.

Nothing to like

I recommend not listing this hotel on booking.com. I suggest not booking this hotel under any circumstances. I have never seen such a worst condition of a hotel.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean.

Morning breakfast hours the cafe is closed so one needs to knock gate several times to wake kitchen staff

There is no good food facilities only cheese food available and also the room and location is not good

Hotel in main road and hole night traffic sound was there, they have room's in parking areas and u can't sleep properly, very less options available for food..so not recommended this hotel
