Staff is good

Amount charged in booking.com is higher than the actual amount of rent in direct booking. Rooms are small with normal mattress. Location is also not good so that you won't get any food from nearby areas after 9.00 PM. Optio ns in complimentary breakfast fast is very limited.

"Unpleasant stay"

The staff tried to help but they were inexperienced.

They didn't have the facility to charge international credit cards. Their POS machine doesn't support it. Also, they charged the Booking.com commission from me.
