"Cosy, beautiful breakfasts!"

Beautiful historic building with very cosy and comfortable rooms. It’s a short walk into Rye as well as Rye station and Rye nature reserve. By far the best part of this BnB is the hosting and incredible breakfasts. Genuinely five star breakfasts that included fresh local products. Couldn’t recommend more!

Exceptional stay, owners absolutely lovely, room was beautiful and very clean. Short walk into town centre. Breakfast was very very good, quality ingredients and gorgeous homemade bread. Looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful cottage with parking. Excellent facilities, luxurious bathroom. Peaceful surroundings listening to bird song. First Class delicious breakfast. Short walk into Rye, many places of interest to visit.

Gill and Brian were very kind and helpful. The location is great - not quite in the centre of town but only a few minutes' walk, and in a quiet area, handy for country walking and the station and leisure centre as well as the historic town. Exceptionally comfortable bed, all facilities great, and excellent breakfast.

"Great stay"

Beautiful room with fantastic ensuite with a lovely breakfast .Jill and Brian were perfect hosts. The cottage is close to everything Rye can offer from transport links restaurants ,shopping, and pubs.I would highly recommend it.
