Wonderful B&B Truly excellent Wonderful location idealic room with chemical free local ablutions. Gill promoted Rye & all that was to offer seeming proud of her town & extremely knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent with outstanding variety. All was done with love & care.

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. Stunning breakfast and Gill and Brian were so friendly.

The property was little difficult to find , we drove past the road on arrival, very quiet and peaceful. We were meet by Bob , who was very friendly and helpful. Although the property is slightly out of town centre and is easy to access by foot, my husband is slightly disabled and therefore finds walking difficult ,so we had to use our car , which was a bit of a problem with parking in the town centre on some occasions. Our room was light and airy, exceptionally comfortable bed , lovely shower room.Did notice cobwebs in bedroom in corner of window by blind and also on bathroom light fitting . Really good breakfast, Bob and Kate were wonderful hosts friendly and helpful.

The very warm welcome and excellent hospitality throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. There were lots of lovely little touches including local toiletries, fresh milk and superior tea and coffee supplies. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options and all beautifully presented and served. The property is very conveniently located near the station and the centre of Rye. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙏.
