Since global warming weather in BIR has unfortunatly become hot so i think AC is required now in rooms, but overall a lovely place they have built and they are really nice people

I have spent time in properties overlooking Times Square to remote parts of the world but nothing came close to this. It just felt like a second home, the hosts were amazing and the food was excellent.

Lovely helpful and friendly hosts. Wonderful breakfasts cooked to order. Serene location with nice outlook from the upstairs bedroom. Very clean and well kept property.

It was a walk uphill from the main market area where my friends were staying but a great walk going down and obviously good exercise.

A super cosy place in Bir, with the sweetest family hosting us. Loved the stay here and the food was great!

Easy to access, great location. Wonderfully decorated house. The hosts are so warm and welcoming. It is like a home away from home. Bonus is the home cooked hot food with a local touch!

The property and the hospitality is truly heart warming. I would recommend the property to everyone I know, who would be going to Bir. The stay with Preeti and Ranjeet at their humble abode, felt nothing less being at friends home. Loved the positivity of their home. Thanks a lot them and their support staff.

The Hosts really made this a fantastic adventure and stay. The home is beautiful and so so clean and well decorated. They made me feel at home even though I arrived many hours early. The breakfasts were great. The mountain view out my window was spectacular. The dog was sweet. There were several outside sitting areas to relax and enjoy the home and surroundings. Walking around town and the farm fields with Preeti the Host was really cool. Got to see people actually growing wheat and tea and barley and small vegetable farms instead of big agriculture like in the U.S.

That I couldn't move in and stay forever. Such a great place and sweet people.

The entire place is very thoughtfully put together, with the look and feel of a true homestay. Every corner, each piece of their decor, the view of snow clad mountains and tea gardens from the windows, the collection of books, the kitchen garden, everything is beautiful. What tops these is the warmth of the hosts. Preeti makes some amazing breakfast, the kind you would set an alarm to wake up for. Every interaction with the family exudes joy, and a sense of calm. If I ever come back to Bir, this would be the place!
