"Overall a lovely stay and an excellent host. We strongly recommend."

10.0

It was in a very nice area very near a deer park and right next door to multiple food places which was very nice. We got a selection of cereals, fruit and yourgut for breakfast. There was a lovely potted garden which had won an award for the most sustainable garden in east anglia which we could go in. The room itself exceeded our expectations as it was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed including a bathroom with a hot shower, tea, coffee, sweets and biscuits in the room, very comfy beds with lots of pillows and cushions. There was also a large wardrobe for any luggage and mirrors around the room. It was also very good because since we cycled there on our way to our final destination, we needed a place to put our bikes which were kindly allowed inside by the host. We also borrowed a USB charger which was very helpful. Overall it was a lovely stay and we greatly recommend it.

The only thing was that it was next to a road but there is nothing that can be done about that. But everything else was excellent.

"An absolute delight, an everlasting memory"

10.0

We arrived at 17.00 to be greeted by Adam who showed us to our room, a large room en-suite, he explained the various apparatus, the whole property was extremely clean and peppered with lots of antique memorabilia.Breakfast was a delight fresh orange juice, a choice of 4 various cereals, bowls of blueberries and raspberries along with yogurt, eggs toast and home marmalade, tea and real coffee. Adam was a most charming host and nothing was too much bother, 100% on everything 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely nothing! I defy anybody to find fault with their stay at Havisham House

"Masterclass in hospitality"

10.0

We echo the enthusiasm of "Dave", whose clear and accurate report was on 24th August 2025. We travel frequently to Milton Keynes and have tried many B&Bs in the vicinity, but the search for the best available is now over. Adam went well "over and above" in allowing us to entertain local friends in the kitchen and sitting room on one of the evenings. Yes, the shower cubicle is small and yes, the breakfast offer, while delicious, is not particularly extensive, but these pale into insignificance. Note, too, that there are several brilliant eateries in easy walking distance.

Nothing to report here.
