"Very comfortable, host very welcoming."

Excellent breakfast, also it was possible to get fresh milk (for making tea or coffee in the bedroom) as needed from the host's fridge.

Space constraints in bathroom meant that shower cubicle is relatively small. Consequently not easy to use if you are not young and agile.

House was immaculate and everything was perfect for what we needed. Adam was very helpful and one of our guests left a charger and he called to post it to him. Excellent service.

10am checkout was a bit early for me as I am a night worker.

"Don’t think twice, just book!"

Havisham house has excellent reviews and I have to agree with them. Adam was welcoming and friendly. It was like staying with a friend. I had booked the twin room as I was travelling alone so didn’t want to take a king size if someone else wanted to book. Adam called me to offer the larger room but I was happy with the one I got. The room I stayed in PIP was beautiful, designed with style. So unlike the normal offerings you get. The bed was super comfy, I didn’t want to get up Breakfast was at a time to suit me. I had fresh fruit, yoghurt and toast with locally made marmalade. Yum I travel several times a year to the area and I’ve stayed in lots of places but now I will be re booking here each time. I’ve found my home from home

Beautiful place to stay, Woburn is a lovely village. House is stunning and would highly recommend staying at Havisham house. Well situated for local attractions, a short stroll to walk through the deer park.

"A lovely stay in a beautiful guest house"

A lovely small guest house, beautifully decorated. Adam was a great host and get us a very good recommendation for our evening meal. The room was relatively small but very nicely done with everything you need. The whole place was spotless.

Our room was at the front on the road so we needed to keep the windows shut at night. But the soundproofing was very effective.
