Perfect location, very close to transport links and can walk to town, Harbour and beach. Spotlessly clean, all facilities you could need. Estelle and Steve are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice.

Steve and Estelle are the perfect hosts. We can’t wait to go back. It’s the best B&B we’ve ever stayed at. You feel very welcome, the place is spotless, the food is delicious (and generous portions) and there are so many nice touches like cakes in your room, after a long day. They even showed my little boy their rabbits! Highly recommend. The location is very central to many attractions and free on site parking is so helpful!

Just a two-minute walk from Torre Train Station, Stover Lodge is a welcoming sight among the many bed and breakfasts in the area. Having read the positive reviews beforehand, we arrived with high expectations, but the reality exceeded them. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were warmly welcomed by Estelle, who immediately made us feel relaxed and at home. She explained the lodge’s friendly and laid-back approach, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. To our delight, we were upgraded to a room free of charge, and what a beautiful room it was. The décor was fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, creating a warm atmosphere that felt both natural and inviting. Cleanliness was exceptional—easily 10 out of 10. We enjoyed a fantastic night’s sleep in a comfortable king-size bed, surrounded by the soft scent of freshly laundered bedding. Breakfast was served at a sensible time, perfect for guests wanting a little lie-in while still making the most of their day. As for the food, it was outstanding. There was no need to question the chef’s credentials—the quality of the ingredients and the standard of cooking spoke for themselves. Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. We would highly recommend Stover Lodge to anyone visiting the area. Don’t just take our word for it—experience it for yourself. We will certainly be returning in the future. A heartfelt thank you to Steve and Estelle for making our weekend so enjoyable, relaxing, and completely stress-free.

Warmest of welcomes from lovely hosts Estelle and Steve and we were well looked after throughout our stay. Our spacious room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable - especially the bed. An excellent choice for breakfasts which were superb, nothing was too much trouble. Different delicious home-made cakes awaited us every evening! Ideal location for exploring the area and close to public transport. We thoroughly enjoyed our whole Stover Lodge experience.
