Everything. Immaculate property, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, great position. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Will certainly go back.

What a find! A wonderful couple of nights at this spotless, welcoming and superbly run B&B. The room was pristine and the breakfast was delicious. Free ample parking was also a bonus. Excellent location, just a couple of minutes by car to the seafront

The breakfast was very tasty and the portion size was good. The place was incredibly clean and everything was spotless. The location is also convenient, not far from the town centre and easy to get to.

Exceptional hotel the cleanest we’ve ever visited felt like you were the first people to use the room! We were greeted by the hosts as soon as we arrived and made to feel very welcome super friendly couple. A beautiful clean smell as you enter your room with homemade biscuits daily is such a lovely touch. Not to mention fresh milk daily and was impressed that our room had been cleaned and beds made on a short stay. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable we all slept very well. Lovely shower and all spotless. The breakfast room was light airy and relaxing with a tasty breakfast and lots of options. Snacks and drinks in hallway is a great idea and not over priced. Location is excellent with a parking space we walked to bars,restaurants and the beach or you can catch the bus.This hotel has many extra touches we’d love to stay again if in the area.
