Home Farm B&B - Poppy Room

Beautiful large room with a four poster bed with a bay window just made the experience exceptional. The bathroom was clean and fresh with a bath and shower. There was a swimming pool available if you wanted. The room was very comfortable with a good size television. Great place. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was tasty well cooked and fresh. Friendly hosts, treated us with warmth. Paula and Robert are great hosts and made our stay one to remember. Peaceful location in a country setting.

Lovely location close to one the beatiful lochs, so very quiet. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and good breakfast from our hosts. We did not have a chance to use the swimming pool but I could see another family enjoying it

Not sure if this is a dislike or just an observation: the road to the property is rough so need to be careful. Also , need a car to get anywhere , so not for those without their own transport

Location is absolutely gorgeous as is the b&b The cleanliness throughout is perfect and the gardens absolutely charming.

There wasn’t a welcome of sorts more if a verbal list of do’s and donts Think maybe the hosts were very stressed when we arrived as the atmosphere was hostile which left us feeling guarded, sometimes just smiling goes a long way. Staff softened a touch over the two days we were there. Jacuzzi was quite cool when it should be warm and therapeutic even when given notice of the times you would like to use the facility. It’s not obvious when booking but the pool and jacuzzi are an extra charge which you don’t mind too much if there are at least cosy. The poppy room we stayed in is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The cleanliness was the best I have ever experienced.

Liked everything at Home Farm B&B . Went for relaxation and total relaxation we got. Pool , Jacuzzi and sauna was absolutely brilliant. Thanks to Paula and Robert who couldn't have made us more welcome . A hidden gem of a place . We will be back soon .xXx.

The surroundings are gorgeous. The premises are beautifully presented and have been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Attention to detail is immaculate. Room was cosy, charming, expansive, an utter delight to relax in. All mod cons, working flawlessly. The four poster bed was enormous and the mattress was the most comfortable I've slept in away from home. Better than home actually! Breakfast was delicious and prepared perfectly. Hosts could not have been more welcoming and were a pleasure to meet. Pool and sauna exceeded expectations - very relaxing. Will be back again!
