"Good except the heating"

Nice lunch, quiet except evening, good location

Unexpected weird quirky style, huge beam a foot off the floor crossing the bedroom, quiz in the main bar all evening which we could hear every word, no breakfast. Nice atmosphere in main bar area but all a bit scruffy

Lovely place to stay - clean, friendly, nicely decorated, comfy bed, great food available at the bar, beautiful surrounding countryside, but also convenient for shops and the station. Attractive building with an interesting history.
