Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Die Stadt ist fußläufig auch gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Frühstück könnte noch etwas mehr sein. Der Kaffee schmeckte wie in anderen Hotels des Landes leider nach löslichem Kaffee.

I loved nature and location.

The staff provided us with excellent service. The breakfast was satisfactory and quite enjoyable.

La vista dalla terrazza è magnifica. Il panorama è sulla giungla e sulle principali mete di trekking. È organizzata molto bene con un dondolo e alcune sedie, oltre ai tavoli della colazione, che permettono di rilassarsi guardando il panorama.

La camera non era il massimo della pulizia e dal bagno veniva un forte odore dallo scarico della doccia. Purtroppo la porta del bagno è proprio accanto al letto e anche tenendola chiusa è stato difficile non sentirlo.

Entgegen unserer Buchung (und Bezahlung) Doppelzimmer Deluxe mit Balkon mit 45 m², wurde uns das ca. 18m² Superior DZ zugewiesen. Auf unseren Hinweis gegenüber dem Hotel/Rezeption erfolgte keine Korrektur und die es wäre eine falsche Zimmer Darstellung auf der booking.com Webseite. Die Verantwortung dafür lege bei booking.com. Alle unsere Bemühungen gegenüber der Rezeption waren ohne Erfolg und wir mussten im kleineren Zimmer einchecken. Ich sehe darin eine Vertragsverletzung seitens des Hotels bzw. von booking.com

Cuisine fermée lors de notre arrivée

Amazing view, very good location (easy to walk from the town but away from it so very peaceful), tasty breakfast, good water pressure in shower, sweet dogs

The room somewhat run down, needed maintenance, a bulb missing in the bathroom etc

The view is amazing the staff are exceptional and looked after us so well. The breakfast was lovely and the location is so easy to access Ella, we had a great stay.
